I have been in the field of mathematical instruction for nearly 20 years, alternating work as a classroom teacher and as a private tutor. I specialize in all levels of high school math, from Algebra up through AP Calculus.

Students appreciate my ability to explain most topics in multiple ways and subtle methods of connecting “new” material to “old” concepts, in turn providing an anchor for understanding and more importantly, retention.
